NEICORD'S Strategic Direction,
2005 - 2015
The NEICORD staff and board,
through active participation has developed this simple and yet clear areas
of concerns to bring better focus on our ministry direction to ensure
fulfilling our vision and mission. Through this strategic direction we
attempt to read the future in order to position ourselves to meet the
challenges with our stakeholders. This direction also helps us develop our
action plans.
We
believe that through this effort the communities we work with will
experience transformation and life in its fullness thus shaping the future
for all.
